Mystery Shopper Audit
One of the original and still great features of the TakeTask application is assisting a mystery shopper during an audit. Thanks to the TakeTask application anyone can become such a client. It has a wide range of commands that can document the audit visit in detail as well as guiding the user through the process in such a way that they will not forget about any aspect of the audit. It will also allow the audit process to be repeated. Once the audits within a given group of locations are completed, it is possible to generate reports that will allow for an in-depth analysis of customer service and the level of execution of other processes in given stores, restaurants, etc.
Task parameters
The configuration of the task parameters follows a standard procedure, which is described in detail
here.
The characteristic settings in this project will be: Maximum number of tasks in the location: '1' (so that in each store the control is performed only once), Maximum number of tasks for one user: 'no limit' (so that one user can perform the control in several stores), Maximum number of tasks in the location for one user: '1' (so that the user can perform only one control in a given store).
However, these settings apply only to the situation where a given inspection is carried out once, whereas if it is to be performed in cycles, the type of recurring task must be set in the general settings and then the daily or custom cycle must be configured. The settings for this cycle depend on the control assumptions.
Task generator
Commands that make up the process will depend on the type of store that is controlled and the areas that are to be controlled.
In this particular task, a
command grouping was used to display several commands in one window. This allows you to collect the commands into subject areas.
