Refund command
The Refund command allows to send a request for a refund. In the configuration you can specify the minimum and maximum amount that the user is able to request. It is possible to combine this command with other commands freely, without any restrictions.
This command is most commonly used by Mystery Shoppers so that they can have their expenses reimbursed (applies to products purchased during the mystery shopper's visit). When requesting a refund the user should determine exactly what they bought and how much was spent.
General command configuration parameters:
- Command title (up to 80 characters)
- Command description (up to 600 characters)
- Minimum amount - minimum amount to be returned (numerical value)
- Maximum amount - maximum amount to be returned (numerical value)

- Command without purchase value entered
- A request with the purchase value entered within the predefined range
- A request with the purchase value entered not within the predefined range
