Verifying advertising materials

The TakeTask application can be used as a tool to verify the implementation of advertising materials in shops, supermarkets, shopping centres, petrol stations and restaurants. Thanks to a wide range of commands it is possible to create a task that will allow the user to: take photos confirming the presence of advertising materials, record videos and audios confirming the presence of different advertising materials.

The configuration of the task parameters follows a standard procedure, which is described in detail here.

Assuming that in our store the control of advertising materials is to take place once a week on Mondays, we set the daily cycle on Monday from 08:00 to 20:00 (720 mins) - at this time the task will be visible in the list of tasks. As the task is to be performed only once in a cycle, we set the number of repetitions in the cycle in the location equal to '1'.

Setting the cycle of the task will be possible only after selecting the Recurring type of task.

Next, specify the group of users who are to perform this task. Assigning users is described in detail in this article (in the case of large number of single users).

The task uses a command grouping to display two commands in one window.
