Product loss notifying - HACCP
Often, when replenishing the store's shelves, it is possible for a product to be damaged. When this occurs. a loss report. which contains information about the damaged product, should be filed, Using TakeTask in your company, you can create a task that will replace conventional documentation and allow you to record losses in a simple way by using the application. Registration of losses via the application will also make it possible to easily create reports and product loss statements. If you have a stock monitoring system, the TakeTask application can also send the relevant product loss data to your system.
Task parameters
The configuration of the task parameters follows a standard procedure, which is described in detail
here.
In this task we do not set any daily cycles because the point of the task is to record losses at any time, so the task according to the parameters will be visible all the time in the mobile application. We also do not set any execution limits so that the user can perform this task infinitely many times.
Next, we define a group of users who are to perform this task. Assigning users is described in detail in this article or here (for a large number of single users).
Task Generator
This task can be created in different ways depending on the assortment (span and category). The presented configuration of commands is one of the possible ways, showing the possibilities of the application.
Using the 'List of Elements' command allows you to speed up the task due to the fact that there isn't the need to enter product names and codes manually. After importing the list of EAN codes of products available in the store (the import is described in this article) we can enter the appropriate product to the task by scanning its barcode. This task also includes products that do not have barcodes (e.g. fresh fruit & veg). In their case, the user performing the task gives the exact product name and its weight.
The commands used in the task:
Task appearance in the task generator
Task appearance in the mobile application (step by step)
Recording product loss by weight
Recording the loss of an artificial product (food)
Product registration from the 'other' category
