Duplicate command report

Updated 2 min readCzytaj po polsku

The Duplicate command report lets you generate the answers submitted in the Duplicate command. This version of the report displays the answers clearly, split into grouped sets column by column, so that answers from consecutive sets are presented side by side.

The report contains the same data as the completed tasks report, but its answer columns contain only the answers from the specific Duplicate command.

How to generate the report?

To generate the Duplicate command report, follow the steps below

  1. Log in to the web panel and then select the tile named Reports in the left menu bar. After clicking the tile directly or selecting New report from the list, the report generator view appears.

  2. In the report kind, select the Duplicate command report option. You can generate it as a one-time report or schedule recurring sending.

  3. The settings differ depending on whether the report is to be generated once or on a recurring basis.

One-time: Set the Report date range from which you want the report to be generated.

Recurring: An important step is choosing the cycle period. This setting determines how often the reports are generated. There are 10 options to choose from in the report date range. You can choose a report from 24h up to 30 days. You can also choose the current day, week or month.

  4. You can generate a scheduled report by selecting the task by its name or ID. A field for entering this data appears next to the selection.

  5. The last steps needed for the report to generate correctly are selecting the right options for the locations (narrowing the report to executions from specific locations) and commands in the task (selecting the Duplicate command). With the last option, you can decide which default columns the report should contain.

When creating a report, you can set its start date but not its end date. In the Reports tab, after selecting report list, all created reports are shown. Clicking the bin button and then confirming your choice deletes the report

and cancels its sending.
