Create a new task (Edit task)

To create a new task, select ALL Tasks in the main menu on the left-hand side and then New Task.

You will then be moved to the 'General settings' window of the new task.

Basic information about the task

Below are links to the individual sections of the above window, each of them has their own purpose and in order to configure the task correctly you need to familiarise yourself with the basic rules of setting up a new task:
  1. Name of the task
  2. Task type
  3. Customer
  4. Section
  5. Task with acceptance
  6.  Projects 
  7.  Location groups
  8. Skip the location check
  9. Ignore user ranks
  10. Preliminary task
  11. Conditional visibility
  12. Activate scales
  13. Price format
After filling in all fields, click 'Save'. You will then be moved to the task parameters configuration window, they are described here. After filling in all the fields, click the 'Save' button once more.
The next step is to configure the task location. In the tab you can check which locations the task will appear in. 
Then assign/exclude users to the task, assigning, excluding and assigning managers is described here, if you need to assign a large number of users you can use 'import relations' to the task.
After assigning users, click 'Save' and you will be transferred to the Task Generator. The use of the Task Generator and the description of all available commands can be found in the 'Task Generator' category and the basic article describing the initial functionality of the Task Generator can be found here.
