What to do if I get the message "Cannot send task results"?

If you get the message “Cannot send task results”, it means there was a problem with:

• Communication – check your internet connection, switch to WiFi/LTE;
• Your position – when finishing a task, you must be within the radius defined for each task. If you have left the task completion area, go back to the place where you were performing the task;
• Location – check whether the place where you are matches the location shown by Google Maps. If not, calibrate the maps.
