Task Process/Task Generator

In each project you can see the Go to Generator/Task Process option .
After clicking on this option you will see the Task Generator.

View of the Task Generator in the web panel:

Two commands are visible in the Task Generator:  START and PUBLISH. On the right-hand side you can see all possible commands.
In the upper-left corner the number of commands is displayed. The maximum number of commands for which the Generator works properly is 100.

To add a command, press on the right-hand side of the selected command and press where you would like to place it.

After moving the cursor to the command, four icons will appear:

The edit icon allows you to format the title of the task/command as well as the description of the task/command.

The copy icon allows you to duplicate a command. You cannot duplicate the START and PUBLISH commands.

The connect icon allows you to connect one command to another command.

The Delete icon allows you to delete a command (You cannot delete the START and PUBLISH commands).

To combine the START command with Take Photo, move the cursor to the START command and press the connect icon. After pressing this icon, select the command you wish to combine it with.
Connecting two commands (incorrect):
A red line and outline around the command means that one of the fields is not completed. Most often it is an uncompleted command title or its description.

Connecting two commands (correct, with a green line connecting the commands):

In the bottom-left corner there is a button that shows the full names of tasks. For combining multiple commands, this is a great convenience because then it is clear what each command is about.
View of the enabled button

To delete a connection between commands, move the cursor to the connection you would like to delete. Press on it twice and it will be deleted.

It is also possible to duplicate the commands via the copy icon.

After clicking on this icon, the selected command will be copied, including the description inside the command.
It is also possible to group the commands. More information about this functionality in its article.

To save all settings, click one of the two buttons at the bottom of the screen:

Save - This button saves all changes. It can be enabled/disabled in the app's parameters settings. Find the item: DisplaySaveButtonInGenerator

Save and Close - This button saves all changes and closes the Generator. The page to which the user returns depends on the settings in the app's parameters. The ReturnLinkInGenerator item can be linked to the page the user should return to after closing the Generator.

An example of a correct link: https://***.taketask.com/task/{taskId}/edit, where *** should be replaced by the instance name.
Please Note: All changes are visible all users of the mobile app immediately after saving.
