Mapping values for user / Dynamic values per user
The mapping values allow for displaying different text(s) in the task at each location of the task. Mapping values can be used only in titles and in the following commands: 'Open Question', 'Yes/No', 'Add Price', 'Number', 'Counting Question', 'Take Photo', 'Multiple Selection', 'Single Selection', 'Rating', 'Record Audio', 'Read Text', 'Date', 'Signature' and 'External Link'. To use the mapping values, we have to import them (the import file is at the end of this article). The import file is filled in and saved as a CSV UTF-8 file:
In the 'Label' column, type the user logins to which the values are to be assigned, and in the columns below 'DynamicValue', type the text to be shown to a given user, one line corresponds to the values for one user. The first line in the file must remain unchanged while the second line in the file shows the relations and the label value can be replaced by the user login and {{agent_value_1}} etc. can be replaced by text for one of the users. The mapping values are imported in the Task Generator, in the 'Start' command.
To put a user-assigned value in the task text, type {{agent_value_x}} where x corresponds to the DynamicValueX number in the imported file. For example, if you want to show a value in the DynamicValue2 column in the text of the command, insert {{agent_value_2}}.
The user will be displayed with the cell content from the import file instead:
Please Note: Dynamic values are not included in the basic report of the tasks performed. However, they are displayed in 'Task Verification'.
