Mobile Application - First Steps
To use the mobile application, you need to log in with the appropriate login and password.
After logging in, we are redirected to the first tab, the Notebook. The application consists of five main tabs:
- Notebook
- Tasks
- Map
- Notifications
- Settings
Tasks
When you enter the "Tasks" tab, a list of tasks will appear. You will see the section: Tasks for today. There can be also other sections, depending on the settings and the stage of the tasks. Setting the task section is possible in the www panel when creating/editing a task. More about sections can be found
here.
If there are currently no tasks to complete, a message will appear informing that there are no tasks. If they are available, click on the selected task to proceed to its execution.
After opening the task, you will see its title, description and a list of locations (in case the task is assigned to several locations). When you select a location, you will be taken to a screen where you can start the task. You will also see the location of the task at the top of the screen.
Once the task is started, you will be taken to the Task List and the first command. If all commands are completed correctly, the 'Complete Task' button will appear. When the task is completed, you will be redirected to the Task List. During the execution of the task, there is an icon in the upper right corner that expands the menu. This menu gives two choices:
- Interrup tas- when this option is selected, the task execution will be stopped. This will be preceded by a message reassuring you of the action.
- Navigate to task location - if you select this option, you will be redirected to Google Maps, where the location of the task will be shown.
Important! In the case of a task returned for correction, instead of the "Cancel task execution" option there is the "Refuse execution" option
The "Tasks" tab also gives the possibility to search for a task by name and to sort tasks. It is possible thanks to the icons presented below:
Map
By clicking on the "Map" tab you will move from the list of tasks to the map view. This tab presents the locations and assigned tasks to which the user has been assigned.
