New - Adding support for narrowing down locations after filters

We are working on a functionality that will enable us to narrow down the locations added to the task within a group of locations to a selected few locations based on the assumed filters from the location features they have. In this such scenario, the task will show only the locations that meet the condition of having and/or not having specific features or values of the location features.
