Modification - adding location to user

Currently, when we do not use the 'Access to all locations' in the application, i.e. the user sees only selected locations, the location search engine does not search for a location by the location ID (External ID) in the user's profile and also does not display it - but shows the internal database location ID of the application. This will be corrected by the location ID (External ID).
