Filtering error - Specific scenario

We are working on a solution for the bug in the scenario of when the user has one filter already installed and wants to add another condition and here an error occurs, because there is no conditions link OR/I, then by adding another filter they are not connected together. When the filter is created immediately with the conditions click, the problem does not occur. If you delete the filter and add it again, the problem does not occur.
