Reservation of tasks

This function is used to reserve a task in a specific location in order to perform it at a later date. The reservation of tasks is available only in tasks with the 'User by rank' setting, and the tasks are visible to users after their range of visibility. A task in a specific location can be reserved if the user is outside the area where the task starts (when the user is within the range of the task, they can start it, so booking it is not possible). The function is visible in the mobile app, instead of the FINISH button (which starts the task) we have the RESERVE button visible. One task can be reserved in many locations of the same task, and the maximum number of reservations is set globally for application purposes. When the user is in the starting range of the task, they have the possibility to start the task by pressing the CONDITION button.

The reservation is interrupted when the time specified in the 'Start' button in the Task Generator expires. The time begins in the 'Start' button when the registration or the task commences (starting the task does not increase the time available for task execution). The task cannot be started or reserved for another user.

In order to activate the function in the task, it is necessary to tick the checkbox named 'Reservation of the task'.

In order for the reservation function to be active, the following parameters must be set in the configuration of the app:

DisplayTaskReservationSegment - Enabling/disabling the booking segment for the application instance

UserReservationLimit - To limit the number of task reservations (if left empty = no limit)
