Differential Report - List of Elements
What is a Differential Report and how do I set it up?
For the new scanning mode, where scanning is done without selecting the product to be scanned, it is possible to send a differential report. It allows you to compare which items from the attached list of items were scanned and completed and which were not. In order to configure such a command you have to select the appropriate answers in the configuration of the command "Items list":

- Scan using a list? YES
- Indicate items to scan? NO

The differential report is generated using the Notification command, which should be placed in the job generator after the Item List command.
In the 'Notification' command, tick the checkbox: 'It has been done' and 'Send notification to the supervisor of the user performing the task' - so you can also inform the supervisor of the person who receives the report.
Who should be notified and how?
In the "Notification" command there are two ways of setting who should receive the report.
The first way is to download a file in which you have to enter email addresses of people who should be notified.
Remember to save the file in CSV UTF-8.
Second way to mark people is to mark whole Group of users that should be notified. You can create group of users consisting only of supervisors who should receive the report.
This setting sends a report to the supervisor's email about the template structure for the item file (Id;Name;Value;Locations) with an added Status column where a value of 1 is added for scanned product and 0 for unscanned - report in xlsx format - rows with 0 values are marked in red.
Example business scenario: A courier has 20 packages to deliver to one place. When handing them to the customer, they want to scan to check that they have them all.
Scenario 1: All scanned - a report with the same values of '1' is generated.
Scenario 2: One package is missing, a report with the value '0' for one line is sent.
