Why are tasks not visible?

The most common causes of tasks not being visible are incorrectly set filters in the application or poor Internet access. 
First of all, you should check the quality of your connection and whether the tasks were not hidden in the filtering options of the mobile application. 
With regards to the web panel, the most common reason for the User not being able to view a task is not assigning them to the Location or User Group assigned to the task.
