Show only locations with assigned users

When the function parameter is active, the view of the locations available in the task is narrowed down only to locations where there is at least one assigned user. This allows you to better evaluate in some business situations where a task has been executed and where it has not, e.g. when you have a pool of locations, do not want to deactivate or delete them and currently have no users who are able to perform tasks in that location.

The parameter affects the view (All tasks --> Location groups --> Location view)
