TakeTask application permissions for smartphone users
For proper functioning, the application needs several permissions.
Mandatory permissions:
- Location access - TakeTask application cannot work without GPS permissions, this is because each task verifies the user's location.
- Memory access - Access to local memory to save data when working offline when the smartphone has no internet / GPS access.
Additionally, in some situations the application needs further permissions:
- Camera access - The application will ask for access to the camera if you commission users with tasks such as: 'Take Photo', 'Record Video' or 'RTR scanning'.
- Flashlight access - In some models of android phones, the consent to access the camera is equivalent to access to the flashlight used to illuminate the photo. It is not a permission requested by the application.
- Access to the microphone - The application will ask for access to the microphone if you assign the 'Record Audio' task to users.
- Access to SMS - The application will ask for access to SMS if account registration or application password reminder is provided for verification by SMS code - in order to automatically download the verification code.
