How to check the number of completed/uncompleted tasks?
Through the TaskTask web panel you can control the progress of tasks, easily and quickly. When you find the project you are looking for in Active/Pending/Closed Projects, you can see the following information:
- Name - The name of the project, not to be confused with the name of the task visible in the mobile application.
- Client - The client to whom the project is assigned.
- Sample - The maximum number of repetitions of the task which can be performed by all users together.
- Project realisation - Percentage and graphic representation of the ratio of tasks performed compared to the number allowed.
- Pending tasks - Number of tasks from the pool which have not yet been completed.
- Tasks completed - Number of tasks completed.
- Tasks in reservation - Number of tasks started but not yet completed.
- Tasks Accepted - Number of tasks completed and accepted.
- Tasks to verify - Number of tasks completed, awaiting verification.
- Project cost - The sum of costs for the tasks performed in a given project.
- Start date - The earliest of the start dates of a task among the Location Groups in this project.
- End date - The latest end date of a task from among the Location Group in this project.
If you require a more detailed insight into the task, after clicking on the name of the project, you will see the implementation of the task divided into 'Location Groups'.
Clicking on the name of the 'Location Group' will show the implementation of the task divided into locations in this 'Location Group' (we can also see here which users completed the task and which did not).
It is worth remembering that each 'Location Group' in a task has separate settings and that setting an unlimited number of tasks (-1) "charts" fields such as Trial, or Execution. In order for the user to be able to view the execution of tasks, they must have the "Displaying Projects" permission and in order to see the execution schedule for 'Location Groups' and individual locations, they must also have the Location Manager's permission.
